Shipping
All shipping charges will be paid for by the customer and calculated at time of checkout via UPS. BD Electrical will make every effort we can to ship your order in a timely manner. If your order is urgent, please call and speak with one of our sales representatives at 800-548-7904. If you select next day shipping and it happens to fall on a Friday, then the shipment will not be made until the next business day. If you need Saturday delivery, please call the office at 800-548-7904.
Non-warranty Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by BD Electrical and returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date. All returns are subject to at least a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in the condition they were sold otherwise we will deem the item as nonreturnable. Any new or new surplus item that has been installed or energized is nonreturnable. BD Electrical does not accept returns based on a product’s manufacture date or cosmetic issues with shipping package. Refund(s) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipping costs when returning a non-warrantied item.
